Positive: The Japanese equivalent of an Australian motel is better value, wants for nothing and has friendly, helpful staff. There's a laundry room, vending machine and room that's small but has everything you get in a more expensive place. There's also a likeable restaurant around the corner and for a few dollars, a first-rate Japanese breakfast.
Negative: For the money, nothing to complain about.
